Jeff Chambers - Cisco CEO says: Companies are divided into those who have suffered a cyber attack and those who do not yet know they are victims of an attack.

*What is the level of awareness (awareness) in terms of IT security for employee, IT departments or at the C-level executives? Is there a clearly marked CSO role within the organization?

*Typical causes of incidents (Technical, Organizational, Legal, Personnel, Infrastructure / budgets, risk management structure etc.) 90-95% according to most studies are internal causes. Why is that possible?

*What procedures exist for handling incidents within the organizations? Response and recovery. Legal and technical implications. Are there Incident Response teams in the organization? Do Incident Response procedures exist or are they ever tested?

*How prepared are the authorities to respond to an attack?
